The KV Chamber's 2009 Whatever Family Festival was a success. On Saturday, June 27, 2009, the Day in Capitol Park was held under clearing skies with a nice breeze. It was the first dry Saturday during the month of June...and due to wet conditions it was held in the PARK-ing lot at the Augusta Civic Center.
