Maine Robotics is pleased to announce a partnership between Maine Robotics and the Maine GEAR UP program. We'll be hosting a STEM-STEAM Career Showcase at the 17th Annual Maine Robotics EXPO.

For Professionals:
Maine Robotics is seeking companies and individuals who are professionally active engineers, programmers, researchers, designers, inventors, technologists, etc. Really anyone who works in the STEM/STEAM field who wants to come and set up a demo or display that will allow children, parents, and teachers the opportunity to come in; get a feel for what you do; and talk with you about what you do and why you do it.

For Teachers:
Get a better understanding of what could lay ahead for some of your students. If you don't have a good understanding of what STEM/STEAM professionals do, this would be an ideal time to come and check it out and ask some questions.

For Parents:
Many people don't understand what the 3-1/2 million engineers or 3-1/2 million computer programmers actually do for a living and to help those of you with budding STEM/STEAM professionals (children) know where they might be going.

For Youth:
Come talk to the pros! Find out what they do, where they went to school, what a typical day is like, do they like what they do or any other reasonable question you can come up with.

Cost to showcase your Science, Technology, Engineering, Design, or Mathematics career: Free, but registration is required.
