She then spent 15 years as a Di rector at MaineGeneral where she oversaw a cultural shift largely based on honing the skills necessary to have hard but productive conversations. Whil e at MGH she became a national speaker on improving employee satisfaction t hrough Crucial Conversations. Patrice returned to the legal profession work ing the last 10 years as an attorney with Levey, Wagley, Putman & Ecche r. Her proudest professional achievement was orchestrating a major change i n the way Maine’s probate courts dealt with private information in guardian ships & conservatorships.
