Waterville’s popular family-friendly Winter Carnival is slated for Saturday, January 30 from 11am-2pm at the Quarry Road Recreation Area. Admission to the event is free while donations for dog sled rides, food, and general support for the area’s trails & programs are gratefully accepted.
