The Harlow Gallery in Hallowell is starting off the new year with plans to present an exciting schedule of art-related workshops and classes throughout the year. These consist of a Professional Development Series as well as various art workshops proposed and lead by individual artists.

On Sunday, January 29, from 11am-3pm Harlow Gallery presents “Jump Start your Journaling Practice”, a workshop lead by painter and arts educator Ingrid Ellison. This class is geared toward anyone, experienced or not, who wants to begin or continue working in a visual journal. Tuition is $75 per student (paid to Harlow Gallery) plus a $10 supplies fee (paid directly to instructor on the day of the event.) Registration and payment must be received in order to reserve spots in this class.
