 Our featured guest speaker, Sharon Fusco is the CEO of Maine Veterans' Homes. She is known as a strategic and innovative leader with a proven track record of organizational growth and expansion. Her entire career has been focused on taking companies to the next level of success. Sharon moved to Maine from the Cincinnati region where she spent over 17 years in health and human services leadership including:

-CEO, Redwood School and Rehabilitation Center, where she led the merger between the center and Easterseals of Greater Cincinnati.
-Vice President, Council on Aging, where she led strategic initiatives; established business intelligence, quality management, project management, innovation departments; oversaw accounting, finance, IT, and a variety of program departments.
-Program Director, Cancer Family Care, where she established a mobile mammography program for rural counties.

Prior to this, she ran programs for the Nevada Business Development Center to help entrepreneurs grow their business.

Sharon also runs her own consulting firm helping businesses define their future and create pathways to achieving the next level of success.

The inspiring forces behind her business success come from her faith, artwork and gardening. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialty in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Human Relations. Sharon is married to CMSgt Michael Fusco (Ret.), a 26-year Air Force Veteran, and she has two dogs, Basil and Tobias.
