Family Violence Project formally invites you to attend the Paint The Town Purple Gala. This is the first event of an annual fundraising gala to support victims and survivors of domestic abuse. There will be food, awards, raffles, dancing and a live band! This fundraising event hopes to raise a significant amount of funds and craft a fun and helpful way to support those affected by domestic violence. The event will take place at the Augusta Elks Lodge located at 397 Civic Center Drive, Augusta, Maine 04330. On September 30th, doors will open at 5:30 p.m.

Attendees are encouraged to wear formal attire in purple, but it is not required, as we attempt to Paint The Town Purple.

The Gala is not only an opportunity to raise funds, but also a chance for us to come together as a community to celebrate the resiliency of survivors while also promoting awareness about the important issue of domestic violence.
